Mobile-Friendly PHP Booking System: Classes, Scheduling, Payments

We have a booking site built with a PHP-HTML template using Smartly. The backend already allows store owners to add a basic menu (like classes) with names and prices.
We now want to expand it with the following features:
What We Need:
* Store owners should be able to add classes with time slots, prices, and max participants per session.
* On the frontend, users should:
* Choose a class
* Pick an available time slot
* Book it and pay via Stripe (already integrated)
Key Features to Include:
* No Overbooking – Block bookings once the session is full.
* Time Zone Support – Show class times correctly based on the user's time zone.
* Booking Emails – Send confirmation emails
* User Info – Collect name, email, and phone during booking.
* Mobile-Friendly Design – Make sure it works smoothly on all devices.
