Mobile Appointment Management System Design -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced UI / UX designer who can create an efficient and user-friendly mobile-only appointment management system. The design will focus on the following features:
- Booking and Rescheduling: The system should provide a seamless experience for users to book, cancel or reschedule their appointments. The design should make this process intuitive and minimalistic.
- Notifications and Reminders: The design should include features for timely notifications and reminders. Users should be notified of their appointments well in advance, with options to reschedule if necessary.
- Client Data Management: The system should be able to effectively manage client information. I need a design that ensures user data is accessible, yet secure and well-organized.
The primary objective of this system is to streamline appointments, reduce effort and lead time, and make the overall process more organized.
We also need to create UI / UX for the clinic/doctor's office to manage their queue and be able to monitor the flow of appointments and walk-ins.
The requirement is not restricted to above scenarios and will require designing of additional screens.
Also, we need to demonstrate the below logic through some screens somehow:
1. Ideally queue works in the sequence the user registered
2. Once the queue starts getting filled, the user's location is required to confirm their position in the queue. Those checked in get prioritized based on the order they registered in the queue and not in the order they checked in. e.g.: Seq of registration is A B C D E F.
B D and F checked in.
D checked in first followed by F and then B.
The new order will be BDFACE.
This is live based on what sequence had already been called.
in the above case, while D and F both checked in, the queue moved with B not checked in yet, the order will be DFABCE.
let's say while D is being attended to and next is F if B checks in the the order will be BFABCE
3. While the queue is active and one of the checked-in users fails to report within 90 seconds or a preset time by the org, the user gets pushed down by one slot and the next in the queue gets prioritized.
4. check-in is so important that it forces the queue to run in two sequences simultaneously. One sequence is the original sequence while the other is based on who among the booked users has checked in.
Additionally below scenarios need to be demonstrated using screens:
1. Login using phone number to make it easy to use the app
2. Search doctors by discipline so that it narrows down the list.
3. Check to prevent users from abusing booking multiple doctors at the same time.
3. Allow users to checkin to the clinic so that organisation is assured that the person is within the vicinity so that they don't have to wait and this can help push or pull the appropriate users in the queue order
4. Calculate average time per user in the queue and display estimate time till their turn.
5. Allow institutions to manage the queue automatically using apps algorithm.
6. Allow institutions to override Autopilot queue so that they can accomodate someone manually
7. Allow VIP insertion into queue for the institution to accommodate someone they want
8. Allow break time in the queue
9. Display estimated time to institution based on location of the user so that he can plan his chores accordingly
10. Allow video registrations so that user doesn't have to visit institution to register
11. Allow Org to set geofence for check-in
12. Pay to book
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in mobile UI/UX design
- Experience in designing mobile applications with booking or scheduling feature
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
