Mobile APP design

1- The application with 2 parties (company, Customer) not same like 3 parties.
2- The customer will full a form of options, included the type of the task, suitable date, phone number ,….ETC .
3- Service tasks will be three (Electrical, plumbing, AC/ Heating).
4- Customer can choose a suitable day and time from a calendar in that form.
