BC Mix Design with Binder Optimization -- 2

I will do BC mix design using both VG and PMB binders. The design should include:

- Marshall Stability Analysis
- Gradation & Binder Content Optimization

Deliverables should be lab-ready and in a PDF format.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in BC mix design & ISO noise track Design mix
- Proficiency with VG and PMB binders
- Strong background in Marshall Stability Analysis and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with MORTH / IRC standards
