Minimalistic Responsive E-commerce Site

I'm seeking a skilled front-end developer to design and build a simple, responsive HTML5 e-commerce website for selling physical products.

Key Requirements:
- Clean HTML5 + CSS3 structure (no WordPress)
- Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Fast loading, optimized layout
- Interactive product carousel using JavaScript
- Minimalistic, modern design
- SEO-friendly structure
- Contact form (HTML only or integrated with backend if needed)
- Delivered as a ZIP or GitHub repo with all assets (images, fonts, etc.)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with animations (CSS/JS or GSAP)
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or TailwindCSS
