Minimalistic Personal Website with Portfolio

I'm looking for a website designer to create a minimalistic personal website for me. I am looking to create this website for showcasing my work and also sending it to potential recruiters.
Key aspects to consider:
- I am a developer myself! Therefore, I would like to have access to the source code to make further edits and updates myself if needed.
- My current website is: https://hamidrezakmk.github.io/ and I also have an open-source GitHub page, but it is outdated and I want to make the website much more visually pleasing.
- My main goal is to use the website for showcasing my research work and sharing my blog posts.
- Although I strive for a minimalistic design, I expect the website to be elegant and user-friendly.
- I want the website to open up like a mind map (similar to https://github.com/Shayan-P/Shayan-P.github.io) with branches indicating my social media info, my research, my affiliations, and also my background in competitive programming; would be happy to share more details.
