Minimalist UI Revamp for Hebrew Website

I need a UI/UX designer to revamp an existing functional website with a minimalist design approach.
Take a functionally complete web site and revamp its look using colors, fonts, spacing, control styles. The site has one highly functional page with buttons and controls and four informational pages. It currently supports light and dark modes and also uses responsive design so that it works well on mobile and tablet format.
The text is in Hebrew which is right to left. Because it is functionally complete I believe it is not necessary to understand it.
I am looking for some that can produce a clean look for the various scenarios. I will later pass it to a css developer for implementation.
