Budget: $200 – $250 USD
I need a freelancer expertise to migrate the content from my current website to a new WordPress site and integrate it fully with my Property Management System (PMS) via API. Once everything is fully set up and synced, we’ll replace new.website.com with website.com as the live version.
Project Deliverables:
Website Migration:
Migrate all content from website.com to new.website.com, including text, images, media, property listings, blog posts, SEO data (meta tags, titles), and any other relevant content.
Ensure that the design, layout, and formatting are consistent with the old website or as specified.
Make sure that internal links, redirects, and navigation are set up properly to avoid broken links on the new site.
PMS API Integration:
Fully integrate new.website.com with OwnerRez PMS using their API.
Sync key features like:
Availability (update the availability calendar in real-time).
Rates (sync pricing information from OwnerRez to the site).
Bookings (sync any new bookings, cancellations, or changes between the site and OwnerRez).
Guest Information (automatically sync guest details from bookings to OwnerRez).
Ensure all changes made in OwnerRez (bookings, availability, pricing, etc.) automatically update on new.website.com and vice versa.

When a new property is added or existing properties are updated in OwnerRez, ensure that the changes are reflected automatically on new.website.com.
