Microsoft TeamsJS App

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams developer for a 1–2-month project to build a "Microsoft 365-enabled Teams app". You will work with me on this project (I'm a Microsoft Solution architect with over 20 years of experience) and my colleague (a software architect with even more experience under his belt).

Since we are using new tech (TeamsJS 2.0) it's useful to know I have direct access to the Microsoft Teams developer and Graph engineering teams if we face issues.

The App we are building is relatively small, but the quality of the app is going to be important since we want to make it into the Microsoft 365 App Compliance Program and we plan to submit the app to the Microsoft Teams Appstore (AppSource).

We have Functional Design and technical design for the app and are currently working on Figma mockups.


Required Experience

Experience in creating Microsoft Teams apps (using TeamsJS)
Experience in integrating with the Microsoft Graph
Experience in making architectural recommendations (wireframes will be provided)
Experience in using Azure DevOps
Experience with GIT source control
Prior experience with Scrum is a plus
Prior experience with Microsoft AppSource is a plus
Prior experience with Microsoft Teams Toolkit is a plus
