Microsoft Forms - Registration Form - Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a Microsoft Forms expert to assist in creating effective registration forms.
I am providing examples of Google forms and also the out line of questions and selection cretira for acquisition form - below
Key Responsibilities:

#6 - Where is this data stored, and how do I get access to it? Can I be notified when the form has been filled out (by email?) - I will need some training
