Micro audio book site like kdp-villa

I would like to have a website made for audio books that only tell part of the story then you have to use coins to buy more of that story. Like kdp-villa only for audio books I would also like to make a section so that withers and voice artists can make a deal for cash or royalties with a percentage going to site admin
