Meme Coin Website Design and Marketing Partner

I need a brilliant long term design partner. This will involve creating and developing a website. jpeg mockups (home page) and also some Marketing for a new meme coin we are launching very soon here in the UK, with a global reach. We will launch it via Solano and phantom wallet, we have done this before as a test and are now looking to do the real thing. Right now i need two jpeg home page mockups and then a five page website. Website will be paid for fifty fifty (fifty advance fifty upon completion. However, the mockups i want done without any payment or milestone.
