Membership Site with Secure Features
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I'm looking to build a membership website with sophisticated login capabilities and paid memberships.
- **Website Type:**
- The site will be primarily a membership website where users can sign up and pay for various levels of access.
- **Objective:**
- Develop a web-based application that connects visitors with Agents such as realtors,
mortgage brokers, insurance brokers in their area, allowing Agents to list their profiles and
visitors to search and manage their favorite Agents.
- **Description:**
he website will feature location-based search functionality, visitors will see a list of local agents.
Visitors can filter by Agent type, and location (Speciality Tags)
Registered visitors can add Agents to their favorites.
Agents can sign up on the website to create and manage their profiles:
- name
- username/EMAIL (DomainName.com/username)
- video link from YouTube shorts
- list of spoken languages
- short bio
- link to profile pic - if user does not upload a link, their profile is not active, same with payment.
- NOTE : I need a way to manually set agent to PAID
- registered agents will need to pay a subscription fee of 8.99 month by month or 89.99 a year.
- to add other links to more videos, its 5.99 month by month or 58.99 a year.
- privacy disclaimer will mention, the site is regularly monitored, any inappropriate content will
be removed with no refunds.
- **main landing page “Agent-Vids“:**
- TAG work as checkboxes, multiple can be selected.

A gallery of featured agents (based on tags and initial locations etc).There should be a total of six boxes, 3 in each row, with each containing:

- Add to favorites: if not registered, links to sign up; otherwise added to favorites list

- It is a simple page, no functionality, all design.

- Main sign-in feature is to use your social media to sign in.

- POST verification sign in with social media page should contain: Logo, Verification complete message, and an option to select account type (Agent - realtor, mortgage, insurance | OR | Visitor - wants to find an agent)
- **Visitor Account page:**
- only profile page, with their list of favorite agents, filterable.

- lands on profile page on edit mode to edit all the fields.
