HR Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and creative individual to support our human resources team in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and internal communication.
This is a remote-based role ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, and supporting people initiatives through engaging communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards and social platforms
Coordinate branding materials for recruitment campaigns (visuals, job ads, etc.)
Support employer brand communication across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal channels
Track and update marketing campaign metrics (clicks, engagement, applicants)
Help with organizing virtual events, new hire welcome materials, and team updates
Collaborate with HR and creative teams on project timelines
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or content planning tools (e.g. Trello, Notion)
Interest in social media, branding, and internal communications
Clear written communication and strong visual sense
Prior experience in HR, admin, or marketing is a bonus — not mandatory
