Manage online activities: website, social media, scheduling, etc

I am a Chiropractic Physician and results oriented business owner. I am looking for someone to manage / update my website on a regular basis (weekly or as needed), and handle online marketing for me on a regular basis (FaceBook, SnapChat, YouTube, etc.) and optimize our practice management software to increase self-serve options and patient communications. I’m open to various channels and messages as long as they result in new patients, increased compliance, and reduced costs.
