Make quote based website + seo friendly

I need a website which has over 100k products that are to be managed easily using a straight forward system, the stock file will need to be imported every week, on the front end the visitors will have the chance to see all products in a list form and will be able to click simply request a quote and user will need to fill form in which then comes into our inbox and we process that request with a quote back to them. This needs to be seo friendly and google merchant ready, simple design is fine, content is the main importance and functionality.

We need email marketing adding into this project too.

Currently we are on Wordpress but there might be better solutions out there.
