I have purchased a turnkey auction website. I do not have any code apart from what has been set up on my hosting server. I would like someone to

- Improve the look of the site
- Postings to appear more in the style of VivaStreet.co.uk
- Work with the existing mechanics to improve how customers get suppliers to bid to provide them with services
- Work with the existing mechanics to improve how service providers advertise their services
