Maintenance, improvement and developing Wordpress website based marketplace

I am starting a proyect for booking apartments and activities "sort of Airbnb". At this very early of the stage I need regularly:
- Maintenance, optimization and error solving, SEO auditory and improvement.
Once the project obtains more traffic, the website is improved I need a development of different services that we will offer to other sector (actual is houses and activities) as product marketplace and Restaurant bookings.
I need a professional that can work regularly and long term relationship to improve the development of the website and to increase the offers through a development on different services.
