MVP for fashion & clothing website and app

I am looking for a skilled Freelancer to design and develop a custom-built website and app for my fashion & clothing business. I have some ideas of what I would like the website and app to be able to do, but I am also open to hearing suggestions. I do not currently have a design in mind and would require some full assistance with that. The successful applicant will need to have the technical knowledge and creative expertise to bring my vision to life.
