The preferred platform for this system is web-based, ensuring accessibility across different devices and operating systems.

Timeline:
The expected timeline for this project is more than 6 months, allowing sufficient time for thorough development and testing.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Strong proficiency in web-based development(developer only)
- Extensive experience in payment processing integration
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting systems
