The platform will bring those who want to sell closer to those who want to buy.
In MVP, the main objective is that companies can register their businesses, manage the contacts of interested parties and, on the other hand, buyers can have a reliable platform to find investment options.

The site must contain the following parameters:

b) Search for business with filters (price range, investment range, location, segment)
c) Link to an existing Blog (is already structured) --> https://blog.pipeu.com.br/ --> NO DEVELOPMENT IS NEEDED
d) All the institutional about the company, FAQ, Terms of use, etc.
e) Ads and Banners spots along the page
f) Social Media Links
g) Support - Form --> A chat is desirable, but no essencial, the comnunication could be via e-mail

2. User Registration (Buyer and Seller)
a) Name, e-mail, telephone, password
b) Company Name, company details (if seller)

3. Business Registration
a) Choose a category, segment
b) Fill the financial form (invesment, profit, revenue, ROI, etc)
c) Location
d) Add photos and Video
e) Choose a plan
f) Payment options

4. Users Dashboard
a) Seller - all the business listed, and the information about those who asked for "more information"
b) Buyer - all the business of interest
