MPTS File Web UI with Clipping

I'm looking for a developer to build a graphical user interface (GUI) for a web UI. This interface should allow users to play MPTS files stored on a NAS (Network Attached Storage) device with the added functionality of clipping options.
Key Requirements:
- A web GUI, optimised for desktop use, that can access, stream and control playback of MPTS files from a NAS
- Clipping options limited to start and end time trimming. The UI should provide an intuitive way to set these trim points.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in web UI development, particularly for media playback
- Knowledge of MPTS file format and NAS systems
- Ability to create a user-friendly, intuitive GUI
- Experience implementing video editing features in a web interface
