MEC (an engineering company) static website

Hi, I am looking for a skilled designer to create a static website for my engineering company, MEC. The website should be brochure-style, modern and have no interactivity or require frequent maintenance. The website should be aesthetically pleasing and effectively convey the level of professionalism that is expected from an engineering company. It should be able to show that MEC has years of experience and expertise in the field and attract potential clients who are looking for services MEC has to offer.
I’d like to have a website which looks modern and is easily navigable, with all important information clearly displayed, such as services and contact information. There should be no interactive capabilities like forms, blogs, etc. Content should only change when done manually.
The website content should be in 2 languages: English and French. The English content is ready, the french will be ready soon.
I already have a domain I bought from GoDaddy to which the website needs to be uploaded.
