1.1 Website Development – Phase 1
▪ Re-design of the Abedtahan.com website on Magneto 2 based on the following Magento theme: https://m2.alothemes.com/expert/default/.
▪ Apply UI styling and updates on the front-end pages
▪ Front-end updates included in scope are the following
o Update of styles (fonts, color, sizes etc.)
o Update of visual images
o Hiding theme components from pages
o Adding theme built-in components to pages
▪ Update existing extensions for M2
▪ Data Migration from M1 to M2
o Using Magento Lite Extension
▪ Reactivation of the Online Payment Gateway + Adding another payment gateway
▪ Installation of Facebook and Google pixel
▪ Implementation of a scheduling system in the backend for banners updates and campaigns
▪ Deployment on test server
▪ Testing & Tuning
▪ Deployment to production server
1.2 Migrate & develop following custom modules & all currently available custom modules
o Store Locator
o Product Import and Update Automation *Please check attachment*
o Product Installation Fees
o Tracking for orders: we need to be able to update the status of the order from the back office
