Looking for website professional (Weblow Platform only)

I have a portfolio webflow website and require help with building it up. A few of the tasks are mentioned below,

* Replace the Text & Visual Content throughout the website, including adding a logo (All Content will be provided, and for placement of content and sizing, a reference layout will be provided )
* Website Overall Speed optimization & Code Optimization.
* Make the website responsive for all devices and screen sizes, including Site speed optimization.
* Keep pictures color changing from b&w to color when hovering over. reference layout will be provided
* Minor layout and interaction changes on multiple pages (for example, contact page and video) reference layout will be provided
* Anchoring URL on the footer

Regarding more details about the task, I would prefer freelancers who are available for short Google meet call (of course, no video is required) but via call, I will be able to share my screen and it will be easier to explain everything in detail and quicker. In short, you will be handling the overall buildup of the website. So it's more suitable for me to start from one page!

I am open to fixed pricing for the whole project.
