We are a research organization studying the trend of IT professionals leaving IT services companies to join startups and technology product companies.
So now we are looking for some candidates with about 6+ years of experience in the IT services sector And recently within one year quitting to join startups and product companies
We would like to spend 30 minutes in conversation with those to understand the factors behind this trend. We value there time and thoughts and we would like to offer them a fee of Rs.2,500 after successful completion of the session.
