Looking for a person with webflow.io experience to start a site with me

I am looking for a designer with experience building webflow.io sites to help me start website.
You need to be comfortable working over Zoom with me - we'll be building the site together, so I can guide you very quickly on what and how things need to appear and be structured (as well as I'll be learning from you as you're building it, so I can maintain it).
What you need to have:
* Good understanding of webflow.io - adding layouts and updating them, adding lists (for example, for news), changing the visuals
* Good internet connection (so you share each other's screens as we work)
* Good verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in chunks of 2 hours or so between 10am and 6pm EST (East Coast US Time)
* (Preferably) Some experience with creating graphics and good visuals - the site will need a few of those
When you reply to this project, please include:
* Your hourly fee - I will send payments after each block of work we do (typically 1 or 2 hours)
* A list of some webflow sites you have built (preferably still on, so I can click through). Test sites on test domains totally OK.
* The times in EST time when you can be available to do Zoom with me and work on this project
