Looking for full-stack dev team (3D assets design, three.js or parallax.js, backend)

My team and I are looking for a full-stack web designer and developer (or team) to complete a web3 NFT project. Most of the project's work will not be related to NFTs as most of the code related to that aspect is already completed.
We need someone
- Who can layout existing assets, use effects and lighting, and use parallax effect, to create a replica of this: https://matthew.wagerfield.com/parallax/ . The final scenery will be used in an interactive minigame on the website.
- Create a simple minigame that can handle thousands of user inputs at once, and stay in sync with no downtime. Updates to the game must be site-wide to all users connected, with no delays.
- Utilize a database framework that can support thousands of users connected at once with no downtime
- Not be someone to glance over details. We have a full detailed blueprint with almost every detail covered for how this project should function, just need the right team for the job.
