Looking for a complete web development outsourcing firm/freelancer for my company (monthly basis for complete web support and development)

We have a healthcare company, we’re expanding our services to web development and looking for outsourcing all the work to someone on a monthly basis , job will basically revolve around complete web support for our/clients website. Web development will mostly compromise on developing web pages and single page responsive websites for our clients, this is part of our other services.
Require 4-6 hrs per day of work.
We are based in India , please quote the cost in INR , please don’t bother posting if you are going to charge per page/website.
Majorly full stack,development should be Wordpress based to make it quick as we will be developing the websites in bulk.
