Looking for an assistant / Project Manager with good knowledge of (WordPress) websites, up to 20 hours per week
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for an assistant, passionate about web technologies to join my development team (from your own location, so it does not matter where you are situated). The job will be for up to 20 hours per week, which will grow to full time job eventually.
My company does website design, hosting, maintenance and support, mostly in WordPress but also others, like Laravel, CodeIgniter, OpenCart and plain PHP systems.
Your main job will be to make checklists of tasks that need to be done, send it to the developer / designer, (through Google Workspace). I will explain to you in a Google Meeting, Phone conversation, a video or chat what project needs to be done and what the tasks are (in Google Workspace). Then when the developer completed the work, you will check the result (according to the checklist) if everything is done correctly. And finally reporting this back to me.
Besides the above, you will be my assistant, so it’s possible I will ask you for other work than mentioned above, like:
Testing a website for possible problems (investigate possible issues)
Searching for certain plugins or scripts on Google
Setting up websites in cPanel (like installing WordPress, changing PHP settings etc)
Moving websites to other domains
Updating websites through MainWP
Adding new websites to MainWP

Good knowledge of Google Workspace (will be using Chat mostly)
Knowledge of MainWP
Experience with CSS
Experience with Google Meet
