Looking for Website Design in HTML, CMS, Ecommerce (Longterm-Corperation)

Hi,
For my projects of Branding Design / Branding Guidelines, I am looking for a professional web design developer that can co-operate with a Graphic Designer in Branding and form a team together.
Your skills and task in this project will be coding websites for very big companies with attractive designs.
These projects are very large and can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete by my designer.
But why I'm I not looking for a graphic designer that can do web design as well?
Steve jobs' opinion was that you should let someone into their profession that they were passionate about because that person is doing it full time and knows how to get things done optimally.
And that's exactly my plan as well, having a full-time experienced web designer who is good at what he/she does, and also a good match to strengthen our team for a possible corporation.
