Looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to implement new features

Hi there,
I'm a Tech Lead looking to hire a Ruby on Rails dev part-time to help build additional features in an existing app similar to Stock Alarm (https://stockalarm.io/). This dev would require knowledge of finance APIs and background workers in Ruby on Rails, and ideally know StimulusJS & Stimulus Reflex. We are basing the design off a UI template + Ionic framework to speed up development. We have a Notion board where we keep track of our tickets. We are using multiple external financial APIs and several background workers. The app is currently deployed & working but needs work being finished, please message me for more info.
I need someone who has experience with these libraries/skillset:
- TailwindCSS
- StimulusJS / Stimulus Reflex
- Web Push Notifications
- Sidekiq
- Background Workers
- Rspec testing
- Experience with Google's Trusted Web Activities + Play Billing
