Looking for Python/Django/Bootstrap developer for ongoing part-time work

LipiData provides pedigree information about Lipizzaner horses, and tools for Lipizzaner breeders to calculate inbreeding and advertise their horses for sale. Check it out at www.LipiData.org. There are also private parts of the website that allow Lipizzaner breeders associations to manage their association including memberships, payments and online forms.
The site is built using Django and Bootstrap, with MySQL backend. The frontend is responsive for both desktop and mobile, with most visitors using mobile. I am seeking a developer for ongoing work on this site - we currently have at least 50 hours of work currently required, and I expect there will be between 10 to 20 hours of work per week over the next 6 months.
The successful Freelancer will collaborate with me using GitLab to complete tasks and submit changes as merge requests. I will provide a sample MySQL dump to allow you to run a local copy of the site.
Good communication skills in English are required. Communication will be mostly by chat message and GitLab, but we may sometimes have a Zoom call when explanation/clarification is required. Work hours are flexible.
