WHAT TO EXPECT
This will be a series of interviews:

1) Initial Interview: Where we discuss the overview of the company, present the product, and discuss what we have, what we need, and what you will need to do to prepare for the second more technical interview

2) Technical Interview: Where you will meet the developer and owner of TinyURL! You will be asked to present a few pages of wireframe / prototype work that you feel will help improve our product's user experience. You will also explain why you chose the layout you used and what design and user experience principles you hope to achieve with it.

3) Test Task: The home run! We need to know if you talk the talk and walk the walk. If you have made it this far, that means that you are highly considered. Details of the test task will be provided after passing the technical interview.

To apply to this listing, please provide answers to the following screening questions:
1) Share with us links to WEBSITES and DASHBOARD-TYPE projects you made user interfaces for. Tell us specifically what you did on them (did the whole thing, or which specific parts).

2) What is your current understanding of design principles and theories and share us your portfolio that highlights these.

3) What websites or web applications are your favorites and what are the reasons why you think they are the best in terms of design? What makes them world class?

4) What analytical tools do you use to measure the effectiveness of your designs? Can you share with us a design you made that improved a site's user experience via metrics gleaned from those tools?

5) Using question #3, pick one site / app and tell us the user journey.
