Longterm Support UX/UI Projects

Hi everyone, Maybe a few facts in advance: my name is Daniel, I am managing director of a small agency in Germany. Our main focus is UX/UI design and online marketing. We work on both topics in-house with two teams. For the UX/UI tasks we urgently need support. We work with Axure RP for more complex projects. It is absolutely useful to already have experience in working with Axure. Furthermore, various larger and smaller projects in the area of website/web portal are pending. Here, too, we could use your expertise. The following would be important: From my point of view, most projects have a degree of complexity that requires us to exchange ideas on a regular basis via video call in English.
