Logo for Cosmetic Design

I need a logo design for my cosmetic accessory brand.
It needs to be professional and based on our brand book colors and brand identity.
I would want a flexible designer who can provide revisions till the desired logo is created,
I am not willing to pay if the final result isnot meeting our expectations.
