I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create an informational website for Volunteer services targeted towards local care facilities. The volunteer should be able to sign with an email ID/phone number.
The design should be modern and clean. For this project, comprehension of layout aesthetics, HTML and CSS are crucial, along with a quick turnaround. Proficiency in layouts optimized for a professional appeal with local reach is imperative. Strong understanding of user experience and SEO principles and ensuring the website adheres to these are important as well.
It should have a responsive design and should open all screens without an issue.

The project includes the deployment of the created website on hosting server as well as linked to domain.
Would also require running and maintaining on a continuous basis for 3-4 years.
For this purpose we would require a Succes meeting on biweekly basis (depending on the requirement)
