I'm seeking a student for a hybrid customer service role, interacting with our clients both in-person and remotely. The ideal candidate will help support our technology business through phone and email interactions, as well as in-person assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone support, addressing customer inquiries and technical issues
- Managing email support, responding to customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Providing in-person support, assisting customers with their needs
Ideal Skills:
- Prior customer service experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
