Live-Stream Event Website

I'm looking to hire a web team to develop/design/manage a website for a live event with the potential to handle large amounts of traffic.

About the project:

Live Stream Charity Event. See example page design template. Don't need to utilize/not sure if WordPress is best option for large amounts of traffic/security.

Functionality / Tasks (assume all will need to be as secure as possible):

- Process 500K+ Daily Payments / Donations / Visits
- Create Database with Payments and Donations
- Connect Database of Payments and Donations to API solely for App below
- Create Charity Donations Web App to display donations live, to be overlayed on 16:9 footage
(e.g. @Suzy4521 just donated $10! // Total Donation Amount // Clock of Time Running)
- Normal E-Commerce Functionality
- Utilize a CMS so we can make edits in future
- Copy Writer to populate website / SEO optimize - should have no more than 6 pages...

Based on the above, please let me know how many people you'd need to bring in, and how quickly you can create an estimate / proposal detailing your approach and needs.

Need to have final proposal estimate submitted no later than 3/21/22.
