LinguaGen AI: Realistic Language Generation Tool

I need an AI language generation model that can create a completely new language based on user prompts.

- The language must be highly realistic and usable.
- The prompts can range from textual descriptions to linguistic parameters and even cultural or historical contexts.
- The AI should be able to deliver the generated language in both written and spoken forms. (For written, the language should be per the prompt. Either Latinbased or an entirely new script or derived from existing scripts)
