AI Legal Platform & Websites
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are rebuilding our legal-tech presence from the ground up and need an end-to-end solution that couples a powerful, trainable AI with two modern, tightly-connected websites.
Project snapshot
• Site 1 – a legal-solutions hub. It’s a web platform that must house the full-stack AI feature that handles document review and edit, document purchase, legal research and explanations, client consultation and a live AI chatbot (not full AI; also, a website)
• Site 2 – an advisory-firm site. Design language should feel related, but the content and navigation differ. Core AI features (the chatbot and research assistant) will be shared through a common API so clients experience identical intelligence across both domains.
Key requirements
– Complete redesign of both front ends (I’ll give you the URLs of our competitors and a comparison doc; you’ll also explore them yourself to capture strengths and gaps in design and so on).
– Build or integrate the AI layer: vector database, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning hooks so our experts can train it on approved answers and firm-specific workflows.
– Secure admin dashboard where we can upload new precedents, canned responses and FAQ updates without touching code.
– User accounts with basic matter tracking, document uploads and encrypted storage.
– Deployment to my existing domains with staging and production environments.
Stack guidance
I’m comfortable with React or Next.js on the front end and Node, Django or similar on the back, so long as you can justify your choice. For AI, feel free to pull in OpenAI / GPT-4, LangChain, Pinecone (or an equivalent vector store). You just need to justify your choice and it's fine if the team is okay with it.
Acceptance criteria (final hand-off)
1. Two responsive websites live on our servers, SSL enabled.
2. AI chatbot answers our seeded questions with <3 sec average latency and 95 % accuracy on a test set we’ll supply.
3. Admin dashboard demonstrates upload → retrain → improved response cycle in under 30 minutes.
4. Clean, well-documented repo and step-by-step deployment guide.
