Learning Management System (LMS)

I'd like to have a Learning Management System for an Educational Institute. The LMS should contain the following features, but not limited to:

1- Students registration (Admission and Enrolment)
2- Students management
3- Course management
4- Grade management
5- Tracking students' progress and performance
6- Testing and assessments
7- Reporting
8- Interactive course schedule
9- Uploading videos for courses and (optional: streaming sessions)
10- Supports mobile
11- Discussion forums and interaction capabilities with instructors
12- Role-based accounts for students, instructors and technical-admins

We are open to have more discussion regarding these features and more. The plan is to host the LMS for remote learning. UI/UX and Security are important aspects for this project too.
