I'm seeking a very well experienced developer who has an existing comprehensive and user-friendly Learning and Development (L&D) Enterprise Solution, which should include Learning Management System (LMS), Training and Development Software. This solution should be able to manage of a large number of courses.
Key Features Required:
- Course Management: The software should allow for the easy creation, organization, and tracking of training courses.
- User Management: It should include features to manage, assign, and track user participation in various courses.
- Reporting and Analytics: The system should offer robust reporting capabilities, providing insights into user progress, course completion rates, and other key metrics.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in developing LMS, training and development software.
- Extensive experience in course management, user management, and analytics.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles to create an intuitive and engaging platform.
- Familiarity with best practices in enterprise software development.
- Ability to scale the system to accommodate more than 1000 modules effectively.
