What I am looking for:
A software developer to do a recruiting platform.
The platform is for employer and Candidates (employees)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
candidate can see the information provided during registration. Candidate can also update additional information here such as picture, academic information, job experience, about, etc.
JOB APPLICATIONS: this page will show list of jobs where this candidate applied.
CHAT: this page will show all the employers contacted the candidate. The candidate can chat with the employers from here.

EMPLOYER PROFILE: employer can view information uploaded during registration. Employer can upload additional information from here. Employer can view the sub-accounts and can create new staff or admin account from here. This page will also show subscription information and employer can change the subscription plan from here.
Employer can use filter option to find candidates. Employer can view profile information of any candidate and can shortlist for any of his open job. Employer can also start chatting with any candidate.
Employers can pay extra to promote their job. In that case we’ll show those jobs at the very top of the category page. those jobs will be highlighted with little different border color to highlight them. We can either make it as a part of some membership or we can allow employer to make a payment during the time they create the job. So the job they want to highlight, they make a payment for it.
ADMIN
MANAGE EMPLOYERS: this page will show all registered employers. Admin can block/unblock any employer from here.
MANAGE CANDIDATES: this page will show all registered candidates. Admin can block/unblock any candidate from here.
JOB POSTINGS: admin can view all job postings here. Admin can also unpublish any job from here.
MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN: admin can view, create and edit subscription plans from here.
FINANCIAL REPORT: this page will show all financial information (subscription information). Admin can use from and to date to see the report for the selected duration.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT: admin can manage content of the website from here. Admin can also manage blog from here.
Admin can write to any employer or candidate from admin backend. If admin writes them, then they can also reply from there. It is not a live chat. It is more of message system. So they can send message to each other. But employer or candidate cannot send any message directly to the admin. Only admin can do that. Please confirm.
