Laravel Fashion Ecommarce website

I am seeking a Laravel developer to build a fashion ecommerce website. I need a designer to create a website design for me, as I do not have a specific design in mind. The features that must be present on the site are the main features in any store, such as accounts, integration with payment and shipping, in addition to SMS messages, and this site is similar to the one I want, you can see it (www.shein.com). I am open to suggestions for the technology or platform used. Ideal skills for this job include experience with Laravel and ecommerce website development.
