Laravel Developer for Personnel Management Dashboard -- 2

We are looking for a skilled Laravel developer to create a personnel management dashboard for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Laravel, HTML, and GIT.
Responsibilities:
Develop a personnel management dashboard using Laravel.
Allow the dashboard to list all personnel with their qualifications and locations.
Develop a feature to upload personnel CVs.
Add a feature to select personnel based on criteria such as location, age, gender, and qualifications.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Laravel and HTML.
Familiarity with Heroku and GIT.
A portfolio of Laravel projects.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

1. List of personnel
2. List of companies
The dashboard should have the functionality to
1. Add and edit countries, people and users as well as other fields
2. Upload CVs for personnel and company profiles
3. Serch for personnel and companies based on country and area of expertise
