Landscape Maintenance Website Design

I am looking to redesign a landscaping maintenance website for The Greater Phoenix Arizona area.
The website ideally should be mobile-friendly. (IOS and Android)
The ability to do sketch renderings is ideal. Please see the example below. (This was done by taking an actual picture then drawing above it.)
