Landing page with a submission form
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a fast paced working developer to prepare a landing page till Sep 03, Friday.
1. You are required to add full width background
2. logo in the center of header
3. 4 columns with 3 drop downs and a button
4. after a button is pressed to add a pop-up with 3 input fields and a button to finish submission.
5. For the backend, the entry should be recorded and stored in a database and shown for a user as a table when logged in to admin panel.
6. This table can be downloaded as Excel file
7 Simultaneously as soon as submission is done, email should be sent to chosen email.
8. Add Privacy Policy page
9. Change lorem ipsum sub-heading
My suggestion is to use Wordpress but it’s optional.
