Landing page design for construction work on Next Js

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a landing page design for a construction project I am working on. It needs to be built with Next.js - a React.js-based framework - as the technical architecture. I don't need any custom logo design for this project. Any freelancer taking on this project should have a clear understanding of the Next.js platform, as well as experience creating websites using this technology.
