Landing page design

Hey, i am looking for the design for the landing page of a website, The design should be along these lines:

1. Currently the page gives impression of portal containing information on investment avenues

2. Viewer needs to get impression that we offer expertise in building financial portfolio / providing right investment recommendations

3 . Landing page: Rephrasing questions with mission statement :
a. 2500 + Mutual Fund schemes / 30+ categories
b. 1000 + Life Insurance schemes
c. 200 + Health Insurance plans
d. Sovereign Bonds/ Govt Small Savings schemes
e. Dynamic Investment Landscape
f. Income tax implication on Investments
g. Overdose of Information /recommendations

4. What I bring to the table should be clearly
communicated in landing page:
a. Goal based financial investment recommendations
b. Periodic review of portfolio
c. Unbiased financial recommendations

5. MISSION STATEMENT :” Drops2ocean instills philosophy of disciplined investing & choosing right instrument to secure your financial goals”

6. Making client testimonials more visible on landing page (make first time visitors view the testimonials)…

7. Can we include question “Do you have any specific query? Submit your query” ( link of submit query)

8. Can we explore contact details appearing on top? ( we need to scroll down currently to view contact details)

9. Design and layout should be compatible to both laptop and mobile view
